When you book a flight or hotel through NextFlight, you are entering into a contract both with NextFlight and with the airline, hotel or other supplier providing the service. Prices, fare rules, baggage allowances and cancellation policies are shown before you pay and form part of your booking. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

Cancellation and change rights depend on the fare or rate you purchased and are shown at checkout. Some bookings are non-refundable. Refunds, where due, are processed back to your original payment method according to the timelines shown in your booking confirmation and dashboard.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or in violation of these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to make fraudulent bookings, scrape or resell fares in violation of supplier terms, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

NextFlight facilitates bookings with third-party airlines, hotels and other suppliers. Except where required by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays or service failures of those suppliers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
