Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information NextFlight collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
This is a template — replace the placeholders below (company name, contact details) with your own, and adjust it to match your actual data practices before publishing.
1. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), passenger and guest details needed to complete bookings, payment metadata (not full card numbers — those are handled by our payment processors), and booking history. We also process technical data such as IP address and device information for security and fraud prevention.
2. How we use your information
To create and manage your bookings, communicate with you about them (confirmations, schedule changes, disruption notices), process payments and refunds, prevent fraud, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
The airlines, hotels and other suppliers you book with (to fulfil your booking), payment processors (to take payment), and SMS/email providers (to deliver confirmations and verification codes). Each of these processes your data under its own privacy terms.
4. Cookies
We use cookies for sign-in sessions and to remember preferences like currency, language and theme. See our Cookie Policy for details.
5. Your rights
You can download a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request account deletion, at any time from your account settings — see Privacy settings. Some data (e.g. confirmed booking and financial records) may be retained where we are legally required to keep it.
6. Data retention
We keep account and booking data for as long as your account is active, plus a period afterward to meet financial, tax and legal record-keeping obligations.
7. Contact
Privacy questions or requests can be sent to privacy@yourdomain.com. [Replace with your own contact address.]
